Don’t know or can’t remember your PIN?

• When you joined the library your default PIN is generated from your postcode. You may change this PIN as required either online or in your local library.
• For members who join the library online, you will have set up your PIN when you registered.
• If you move house after you first join the library, there will be no change to your PIN when your address is changed.
• If you cannot remember your PIN, please contact your local library for assistance.
